Chef Bing Fineza learned to cook watching his mother and grandmother whip up the family specialties. Cooking had always been a natural talent, and to the amazement of family and friends, he could prepare a full family meal -- sometimes for up to ten people -- by the time he was 13 years old. Entirely self-taught, Bing has been cooking part-time the last 14 years. In March 2004 Bing decided to go fulltime into the food service business and NJ Home Dinners was formed.
His specialties include Filipino/Spanish cuisine; Chicken Adobo, Lumpia, Pancit, Kare-Kare, Seafood Paella, Roast Pork, all cooked in a heart friendly manner. Having had the opportunity to travel extensively around the United States, Asia and Europe, Bing can prepare a wide array of American Regional, Continental and Ethnic dishes.
Bing has a B. A. in Behavioral Sciences from De La Salle University and a M.S. in Business from St. Mary's College. He completed the Personal Chef Training course conducted by the United States Personal Chef Institute (USPCI). He plans to expand the business to a full-fledged food service company.
